This year the Ananda Portland Joy Choir brought the Christmas Concert to the Temple and Teaching Center! (Click image for beautiful flyer with more information!) Friday, Dec 9th at 7 pm at the Temple It was beautiful! Donations accepted with gratitude. The Ananda Portland choir has grown this last year – 30 people have been rehearsing to bring you the joy of Christmas in music. We will be performing traditional pieces in addition to the music of Ananda, composed by Swami Kriyananda. A combination of choral, solo, small group and instrumentals will touch all who listen with the deep, inner joy of the holy season. Everyone is welcome and everyone is invited to stay after the concert for Christmas treats and fellowship as we celebrate the blessings of spiritual community and the birth of Christ together. Come early for good seats! |
