Whether you seek to make meditation part of your daily life or simply want to learn more about this profound practice, we have instructional classes to fit your needs.

Meditation is our specialty: It’s the central component in nearly everything we do at Ananda. The time-tested techniques we offer are grounded in ancient traditions yet immediately practical for modern needs. Our meditation instructors have personally practiced these techniques every day (usually twice a day) for at years. Some have been meditating for almost three decades and continually draw inspiration and guidance from others who have meditated for half a century.

We would love the opportunity to share this experience with you through the following classes, most of which includes appropriate support materials.
